1、如何做到标准的外表仪容?

答:上岗前做好个人卫生,坚持整齐、精力丰满,制服干净整齐,下班后禁止穿作业服。留意个人卫生,不留长指甲,勤洗澡换衣,上班前不喝酒,不吃有异味的食物,如大蒜、韭菜等,坚持口气新鲜;在公共场所留意动作美观,不允许有挖鼻、掏耳、剔牙、打哈欠、剪指甲等行为。

答:在当值中见到客户时,应热心、周到、礼貌地打招呼,用语亲热天然。答复客户咨询时要求双目注视对方,并会集精力耐性倾听,关于客户的发问,应详细答复。关于不清楚的细节,决不能说:“不清楚,我不知道”,而应设法弄清后再答复,或上报直属领导前来答复。
